"We can't help everyone, but everyone can help someone." -Ronald Reagan
The "we" in this quoteis reffering to the government. Everyone thinks that the government should be able to help them all the time. This is simply not possible for our government to do because we do not have enough personnel or financial resources. The times that worked better were when the wealthier people in the town helped to support the impoverished and no one relied on the government. This would never work now, because just as the failure in the current system too many people would try to take advantage of it and ruin the system for everyone. The key is to get rid of the people in the government programs who do not really need it.

Valentine's Day
Valentine's Day is an extremely special day meant to be shared with that special person that you love. It is a very happy day for the many people who have someone to share it with, just being happy you have someone to be with that you are in love with. For someone in a relationship, if the guy does something special, it can be one of the best days of the year. The bad part is that single people feel very lonely on the big day.
I do not believe you can realize how sad it is to not have someone to share the day with until you have had someone and no longer do. Before you have your first Valentine with someone, you do not realize how lonely you should feel. Once you experience one while single, you realize what you had and just how lonely you are. Experiencing your first Valentine's Day with someone special is bitter sweet. It is so wonderful having someone you love to share the day with, but from then on, if you are ever single on February 14, you realize just how lonely you really are. Enjoy every Valentine's Day, because you just do not know when you might be single on the next one.

31. Sometimes I'll look down at my watch 3 consecutive times and still not know what time it is.
32. Even under ideal conditions people have trouble locating their car keys in a pocket, finding their cell phone, and Pinning the Tail on the Donkey - but I'd bet my ass everyone can find and push the snooze button from 3 feet away, in about 1.7 seconds, eyes closed, first time, every time!

Winninng in Life
"A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals." -Larry Bird
Larry Bird was a professional basketball player. This quote can easily be taken outside of athletics and into everyday life. If you embrace this, it will lead to great life success for you especially when related to business.

The Last
A last is something that is your last time to do something that is important to you. You may go into it knowing that it is your last, or you may have no idea that it is going to be your last of that particular thing. We went into a game knowing that it could possibly be our last game, but expecting to win and continue on to another game. It turns out that it was my last game to play in. It was more than just the last game of the season it was the last game for me to ever play for my highschool. After attending for four years it is a hard thing to deal with on the inside.
No matter what last you may experience, it can be very hard on the inside. It is often a very mixed feeling, because usually it is the close of one chapter and the opening of another. Others may try to help you deal with things, but really the only way to deal with the feelings is just giving it time and pursuing the new chapter thats opening in your life. You might not know when your last will arrive, so enjoy everytime because you just don't know.

Man's Best Friend
There is a reason that dogs are called "mans best friend". This morning I was not able to travel due to snow, I was home alone and no one I knew could travel either. I was sad to be alone, but wanted to go out in the snow. After sitting inside for a short period of time and watching it snow I decided it was time to venture out into the snowy outdoors. Still refusing to go alone, I was suddenly struck by the idea that the perfect companion would be my black lab. I did not think she would be happy to go out and walk on the ice, but as we walked she showed how happy she was through constant tail wagging. We went all the way around the block and she never seemed unhappy at all.
When an owner makes a dog do something a human imagines the dog would not want to do, the dog never complains. They are always just happy to serve their master no matter what. Everyday when you come home after being gone the dog will meet you at the door and be very happy to see you. When you go pick your dog up after leaving it somewhere for a week the dog is even more excited than usual to see you. You might think it would be unhappy you left, but it is not at all. Everyone should make sure they have a dog to be best friends with and never forget the unending love that they give to the family they belong to. Every family needs a dog for a little extra love!
